Probably the funniest ending I have ever seen

I was touched to the point of tears after seing this movie. Maybe non-danes can't see the humour in this, but my god it's funny to us!

It's been a few days since I saw it, but I still catch myself thinking about the absurdity in this movie and especially the ending ... and have a good laugh to myself.

It's a perfect modern comedy.
Here's someone from Helsingborg, Skåne, Sweden who had a good laugh as well.

Maybe it's our danish roots... who knows if Stockholmers have a sense of humour.

Nice to see you liked this funny and excellent danish film,
maybe you're part of the enlightened minority of Stockholm.

Wonder what Icelanders think about this film?
No replies from them.
Are they too busy laughing their pants off?

I'm from Northern Italy (although lots of people, including my girlfriend, told me I've got some Scandinavian attitude, which I agree with and I'm glad about, because I believe Scandinavian/Northern European countries are like the most evolved and civilized of the whole world), and I simply adored the movie (as it has been for every other Von Trier's work I've seen so far). And I feel I totally understood the satire and the irony behind it.

I am an Icelander and I liked the film and the ending...I thought I would piss in my pants !
One thing though now as it turns out the Icelandic tycoons were like in the story of the emperor´s new clothes. Now we know why they were in such a hurry to do the deals : before they were found out to be frauds !
Or were they just actors in yet another masterpiece by Lars ?

Amazing! I honestly didn't know Von Trier could be funny.

When he says he's gonna play by the rules of a genre he means it e.g. Antichrist and this movie of course.

I'm an American and I thought this was brilliant. One of the very few films that has actually made me laugh out loud as of late. Great stuff.

Well it looks like von Trier has global appeal and he deserves it. And I too found this film to be hilarious btw, I'm English.

I'm from New Zealand and found it hilarious. Though I must add that, for some odd reason, most people on meeting me think me German so perhaps I have some Scandinavian in me somewhere far back or maybe just an attitude.
Makes me want to visit Denmark. Maybe its where I truly belong.
