Brenden Frazer overacting *SPOILER*

The scene in the boss's office when he was almost crying, was so obvious. Obvious that he was pretending. From that point on (half the movie), everything pointed to the pair working against Ted's sales. They missed a great chance to make the ending a surprise.

Agreed, specially the scene at the end in which Brenden was all kissing Belisa, and the way they were dressed up almost felt campy (like, uh oh they're dressing like bad guys; look). Keaton was incredible though.

That part was slightly corney, the end part and I suspected that a hint that would happen, but at the same time, it didn't really matter. Not to me anyway. I've been around salesmen a lot of my life and what struck a chord with me was the fact that this movie took that mentality of do anything for a sale and stretched it as far as it could go and I wouldn't be surprised if salesmen did do those types of things.

What drew me into this movie was Michael Keaton, I've seen a lot of his movies and his preformances have been amazing, this one is no different. I loved the story behind him of being a jaded professor that went out to do something different and I did love the ending when he went back and when Belissa came back for him he was gone, the Picture of Dorian Grey there to remind her. It was perfect and simple and so well done.

The only thing that saved this movie from being a complete diaster was Michael Keaton and Amber Valetta acting.I like Fraser but his acting was awful in this movie.
