Since the movie didn't address these two subjects can somebody come up at least a plausible guess? Why were they involved with Bloody Mary in the first place since she wasn't doing anything for them? Second who was the freak in chains and what did he have to do with anything?

Nothing made sense. Why would anybody follow that Jenna bitch in the first place? If Bloody Mary was real why did they need to scare Nicole with their guy pal? Why did the doctor suddenly turn "bad" at the end?
Simply terrible writing.
