Not a bad movie at all

When I first saw it back in 2008 I failed to see the merits and the complexity of the narrative. Upon rewatching it now I realized that this is actually a wickedly clever movie. It toys with the expectations of the audience and the perspective of the storytelling in a really gleeful and satisfying way.
I think this might just be one of those movies that gets better with a second viewing.
I still have some qualms with the use of english language and some of the nudity but overall this one is quite intersting. A million times better than the lifeless Julie Delpy version that came out the same year.
