Does anybody know why in single player campaign mode...Why you can't use the Grease Gun--lightweight machine gun [american based gun], and lso why you can't use the Trench Gun--shotgun [also an American based gun]...Anyone know the reasons??

Probably to do with balanceing issues. Or maybe becuase they wanted people without the net, to get it for the greese gun or trench gun. Plus they werent used very much.
