Pretty good stuff
4 masterful directors giving their prospecitves on the greatest decade of sci-fi films. Very informative to hear the conflicting views on the different films. A must see for fans of the genre

Great documentary! Just saw it on my new Forbidden Planet 50th Anniversary DVD set. Cameron, Spielberg, Lucas, and Scott talking about the classic sci-fi films like Day the Earth Stood Still, The Thing from Another World, Forbidden Planet, Them!, and more. The films that first sparked their imaginations as kids in the fifties. Just great stuff, a must have for sci-fi movie fans.

I agree a terrific, fascinating documentary. I do have one question however. Does anybody know the name of the film they showed with the lobster attacking that couple? There is a moment in the doc where George Lucas is talking about showing monsters in films and they showed a quick clip where some guy is shooting at a giant lobster and I was wondering if anyone knew the name of that film.
