Anyone know of any other documentaries about science fiction films?

Just wondering. I really liked this one, but it's pretty much limited to films from the 50s/60s, with a bit of the War Of The Worlds remake at the end.

Wouldn't it'd be great if someone made a documentary looking at all science fiction films, up to the present day?

One that doesn't go so far as you want, but goes a bit further (I think the 90's) and is an overview of horror and science fiction movies is this one:

Pretty good documentary, you can find it in pieces on youtube. Don't know if it has been released on dvd yet. It's also with Mark Hamill, and I thought it was much more entertaining than Watch The Skies (which I also loved). It's more of a very big overview, starting from the first movies in 1890 (give or take) going all the way up to Star Wars etc.

Not sure it's what you're looking for, but "It Came from Hollywood" (1982) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084156/) comes to mind. It takes on the subject with a comedic approach and by poking fun at the more ridiculous movies/scenes, but still quite entertaining.
