...Ben Willis from the first two movies? I mean she said it was the fisherman who killed the teens all those years ago but they could have provided some more background and at least mentioned his name. I am glad it was the same killer though. He sure has decomposed alot since the last movie and why didn't he talk? Seriously this didn't make much sense to me. Could someone explain?

I think when Julie shot him in I Still Know, they bullets DID kill him. And he just returned from the dead and is now the living dead. So ig if Julie and Ray did die in I Still Know, then they were indeed killed by a dead guy. As well as the victims in I'll Always Know.
