One is the lonelyest...subject

Sooo...
I've been surfing all over the world trying to find something out about this movie and I haven't gotten anywhere; well I stumbled into a lot of interesting things but nothing I was looking for. My questions:
1. Has this movie been shown anywhere yet, anywhere public? will it play anywherein chicago?
2. IMDB says that the movie is done, but I heard from a source that the title was possibly going to be re-thought because of the Hollywood horror "Hostel" coming out at a close date. Obviously they wouldn't change the title over some coincidental crap...right?
