stop hating on nick

ok i get why everyone is all upset.. in regards to the accident. i have to say that i dont think it was Nick's intention to try and hurt his friend.

but i have not seen anything in regard to his friend not wearing a seat belt. wtf is that. i think he should receive some blame for this. ive lived in california all my life, and let me tell u.. i wouldnt even dream about driving (or being a passenger) in a car without a seat belt. and if i ever did, wouldnt i get some blame if i was injured? hell yeah.

so while everyone is blaming nick.. how about u also focus your attention on the fact that maybe... possibly.. the accident could have caused less damage if he had a seat belt on.. thats his responsibility as well, self preservation is the key. he should need nick to make him wear it..

and one more thing... even those amber alert sign things remind you... 2 WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT.. its the law..

Holy Crap, I saw the headline Stop Hating on Nick, and i thought oh ok it was probably made a long time ago... with the actions of the family coming out with the jail conversations and all that *beep* yeah maybe he wasnt wearing a seatbelt but the way he has acted after the fact shows that he should get all the hate that is coming his way... your a dumb ass man

how could you say that his not wearing the seat belt didnt cause his injuries. thats kinda crazy dont u think, since it is very common knowledge that the risk for injury is less when u are wearing one. now to make it clear, i never said that John did a superman out the window. but im sure that by wearing his seat belt, there could have possibly been a different out come. can u seriously tell me that during the incident John remained in his seat... or is it possible that his lack of wearing the belt caused him to move around in the passenger area. so all i am saying is that its not all Nick's fault. and yes his comments are dumb. i get that.. and i see how his family is falling apart. but once again im not here to discuss the events after the incident.. ill save that for another topic. anyways... thats it.. peace.

My sister was involved in a car accident where 3 of her friends were killed. The driver of the car my sister was in ran a stop sign. He was responsible for his death as well as the deaths of the other 2 people in the car who passed away. Did he run the stop sign with the intention to kill his friends? No. But he ran the stop sign and he is responsible for their deaths. Had he not died himself I hope he would have been held responsible for his actions.

Nick is responsible for John's condition. Did he race with the intention to seriously damage John's brain? No. But he raced causing the accident and he is responsible. It's no one's fault but Nick's.

I bet if something like this happened to a member of your family or someone close to you you would be a little less quick to say "stop hating on Nick."

This entire family is useless.
Earth will be a better place when they're all gone.
