Should I see Suicide Club first?

You can easily watch Noriko's Dinner Table without seeing Suicide Club. I think it's more enjoyable if you watch Suicide Club first as you'll see little references through out Noriko's Dinner Table to things in Suicide Club like the Dessart poster and the website stuff.
However, by watching them in reverse, you don't go into Noriko's Dinner Table with high expectations for tons of blood like so many others have and thus that helps keep you from being dissappointed by the relatively small about of blood in this movie. Either way has its pros and cons.
The short answer that I think you were looking for is yes: you can watch Noriko's Dinner Table without seeing Suicide Club first and understand the film (as much as anyone else understands it that is...those of us who have seen both are still not 100% sure of what's going on in either of them).

I agree with you that is more enjoyable to watch first "Suicide Circle" and then "Noriko's Dinner Table", but it is valid to watch the movie by itself and still enjoy it.
I do not agree about "being dissapointed expecting tons of blood".
I wasn't expecting blood, I was expecting ANSWERS. Some where given, some remains free to interpretation.
