Good news...bad news.

Until the Korean DVD release, I can only see this movie via the internet. I finally found a copy, but the person encoded it did the wrong language track. They did the directors commentary.

You can still hear the actors, but it's a bit distracting. It's like sitting in a theater with 2 people talking behind you.

There is going to be a dvd release with English subtitles? Any idea of a date for that?

reply

I haven't seen anything mentioned about a US or Korean DVD release. But, if and when the Korean DVD is released, it will likely have English subtitles.

This film will be released theatrically in the U.S. this November, and will be followed by a proper U.S. DVD release, with subtitles and all!

^ Source?

yeah, can anybody verify this? i really hope it's true.

The internet copy has BOTH the commentary and the original soundtrack. I've never seen it done before but if you download the latest Divx codec it will allow you to switch between the two.

Unfortunately there are no subs that I can find, so my sparse japanese comprehension will have to do.

Hope this helps!

Right, like the guy above just said, the internet copy has both language tracks. You just need a player that can separate the two (Windows Media Player does NOT work, nor does BS Player). I finally got it to work using VLC Player which you can download for free somewhere, sorry I don't have the link but you can probably google it. Good luck.
