if anyone is interested a very very funny 'edinburgh festival' script is out there somewhere called 'dead dogs don't cry' .... i remember it from ages ago .... the writers couldn't were unknowns so it never became a film (a common problem in uk film industry) ... it is, however, joyously funny and very astute observationally ... perhaps if they written a third rate sitcom first they could've raised the cash .... 'festival' by the way is crap
