best asian horror (any other recommendation??)

i am always fascinated with the way asian films are made
they are lot creepier than the hollywood movies that's why they end up
remaking our asian films

like the ju-on the ring and i heard they will be making the eye starring renee zelwegger how lame is that? though i loved renee. lets just wait and see

here is my list

1. ju-on (japan)
2. the ring "
3. audition "
4. one missed call "
5. three (particularly the segment: dumpling)
6. inner senses (hk)
7. the eye (hk)
8. shutter (thailand)
9. rahtree flower of the night "
10. tale of two sisters (korea)
11. red shoes "
12. cello "
13 feng shui (our own philippines)

do you have any other recommendation???

You forgot the best Korean horror movies:
Whispering Corridors 2: Memento Mori (AKA Remember the Dead)
Whispering Corridors 3: Wishing Stairs

If you like those you should also see:
Whispering Corridors 1
Whispering Corridors 4: The Voice (AKA Ghost Voice/Voice Letter)

And if you fancy something older, try Kwaidan or Onibaba.

"A Tale of Two Sisters" is way above the rest. It's one of the smartest thrillers I've ever seen. I also recommend "Infection" the Japanese movie made in 2004 (or 2005?)about a hospital and everybody inside over one night. "The Eye" is also good. In fact, I like "The Eye 10" just as much, it's about a bunch of teenagers experimenting the 10 ways of seeing ghosts.

I'll second on the vintage Onibaba, as well as Mememto Mori, but think The Eye (the original) is tops. Still, no one mentioned "Premonition" or "Phone" (the little girl is great).

Here's my list:

A Tale of Two Sisters
Shutter
The Eye
The Ring
Ringu
Audition
The Red Shoes
Three Extremes

Kairo (PULSE) & Sairen (FORBIDDEN SIREN). Though I hated the way Sairen ended it was really scary!

-One missed call
-Premonition
-Tale of two sisters

These movies literally had me cowering and screaming...from memory, I think that I even cried while watching 'One Missed Call'. LOL. I was sitting on the couch with my bestie, and we were both just hugging each other and screaming...good times.
