Harvey dent quickest villian transformation?

I know alot of people say Anakin Skywalker turned into darth vader to quickly, but he was in a war and also had nightmares about his wife dying, same dreams of his mom dying and became true so him wanting to save her made sense. Harvey dent lost his girl and the guy who killed him, convince him to go bad in 4 minutes? I get him wanting revenge but it was way to quick.

I'm not going to defend his sudden transformation in any sort of way, but The Joker pretty much corrupted his idea that he can be in control of the things that he pursues and that equity supersedes equality. The Joker made him realize that there is no karmic justice, and fate might as well be a coin flip.

The guy snapped, losing half his body and his better-half in Rachel. He wasn't looking to "escape" from this, as he said. Basically just said, "*beep* it, I'll do as The Joker does... let loose and raise hell."

Can we count villain transformations the other way? Evil to good?
