They are two incredibly different films, but it will be interesting to see the emotional elements in this film put into Wolverine. I love X-men films and hate Brett Ratner. Also I loved how Hood had the main character say such few words yet he spoke to the audience so clearly through facial expressions and body language.

That's cool because wolverine is a man of few words.

While I have not seen Totsi, from my understanding of the film he will be able to bring a lot to the Wolverine movie. The Wolverine story told correctly is not as flashy as many comic book stories(mainly since he and his natural villians do not have abilities that require lightning strikes or energy beams going everywhere), and definitly much more gritty and realistically dramatic. And hopefully quite a bit darker, this is a film that needs to follow in the footsteps of more the Blade and Punisher style and not the rest of the Marvel franchises(Ie: R not PG-13, though I doubt that will happen). If he can bring a lot of the dynamic between Victor Creed and Logan to the table more than just random fights between Sabertooth and Wolverine then it will make for an excellent contrast to most comic book films at least.
