What was in the bag?
Not the paper bag, the other sports bag that Tsotsi had with him at the end. What was in it?

If you remember earlier in the film, Tsotsi took that bag from the baby's room and filled it up with baby stuff (the milk, the bottle, the stuffed animals). That then leaves the viewer to infer that he was returning that stuff along with the baby.
If you wake up at a different time, in a different place, could you wake up as a different person?
