Where did the blonde go?

One minute she was there, mourning the death of her thieving no-good boyfriend and the next thing you know, everyone is on a helicopter out of there except for her (ok, some robots got killed and stuff in the meantime)

And another thing; why didn't the brainy scientist tell the dudes about the magic spot between the eyes that kills the robots instantly before they embarked on a certain-death mission?
