When it showed the snack shop all by itself, was this to mean that Agent Yellow destroyed all of that area but the shop? Is the snow some sort of fallout? I must have missed something.

I think they were just showing the vulnerability of the shack. You see that everything is peaceful but for all we know there is another creature lurking in the Han.
