I would guess so. She asked him what was going on and he said "Same old thing" meaning that he hadn't cleaned up and was still doing what they use to do. She mentioned she had gained weight which tends to be the case when people stop abusing drugs.

She also mentions meeting her finance in "the program" and then goes on to say that some people can change.
Safe to assume to "the program" was rehab
