This is pretty much a colossal waste of time.
Is this what passes for entertainment now? Some unfunny guy singing karaoke?
C'mon, people, we can do better.

Well, I personally thought the show was hilarious. I actually went and saw them live on tour in Boston and me and my friends all had a blast.

Yeah, I agree, the Dan Band guys are fun, fun, fun: so charismatic. Dan the Man -- you gotta love his delivery, and the two backup men in their suits... any ideas how to find them doing it again, either live or recorded?

And I suppose watching several people act like idiots for more than "15 minutes" eating cockroach stuffed pig intestines, being cruelly critiqued by some rude stiff British music producer or 'stop being polite and start getting real' slightly cracked roommates in a rent-free house is any better?

OR, BETTER YET, a group of attention starved "women" (I use the term loosely, as they apparently are...) fight over a semi-insane, Viking helmet, big clock necklace wearing stick-figure; some narcissistic diva telling who and what is beautiful; or watching some A Class A-#*!=$ named "LC", Trey, "Lo", and Talan (Talan for frak's sake???!!!???) living the simple "90210-should-I-drive-the-Benz-or-Escalade-today" make me want to hurl life.

Is any of that entertainment? Any of those shows even remotely entertaining? I don't think so, ergo, I don't watch ANY of those shows.

As brain candy goes, I was very entertained by The Dan Band. I laughed out loud, several times. Is this any different than going to a karaoke bar and watching other people who can or can't sing perform? If you don't like it, leave the bar, or change the channel.
