Why were they ever allowed back into the UK?

These guys should never have been allowed back into the UK after their stint in Guantanamo.

They clearly travelled to Afghanistan as foreign fighters to support the Islamist cause, a belief system that despises and seeks to destroy the relative freedom of thought and expression the democratic system provides us in the West.

Why was their British citizenship not forfeit? They should have been forcibly removed to Pakistan or another Islamic country.

Don't get me wrong:

- I'm not a typical white bigot or racist (I'm mixed race and have had to deal
with petty racism all my life)
- I don't hate muslims (I have actually been to Pakistan and visited friends in
the tribal north of the country when it was a much safer place. I found the
people very kind and welcoming there)

As an American, i feel sorry for you. You claim you've been outside the country and i presume claim to be cultured or somewhat knowledgeable of what lies beyond the North American Borders yet you dont see why ppl hate America.

Its cuz their Jealous of our Freedoms Right?? Or its cuz they despise the White man right? Or cuz they're hell bent on destroying anything/anyone thats not islamic right? Or its cuz they wanna be the #1 Worldwide Superpower right?

Do some research and find out about the USA's transgressions over the decades. You'll be surprised to find that we dont "fight the good fight" but we fight the right fight for the right price.
