The woman telling the stories

I understand that the five stories are supposed to be presented as tales being told by a woman on a bus, but on my DVD all I see are the five stories as separate chapters. Can anyone tell me how to access this bus thing? I assume there's a way to watch all five stories, framed by the bus story, as one "movie" but I have no idea how to do this. Any help is appreciated. :)

I couldn't get to them on my DVD either. Apparently, we're not the only ones who had this problem. I saw some of them on youtube when I was looking up more of these J-horror stories.

Exterminate!
