Causing destruction of public property, buildings, danger in traffic ect
The dog even kills a guy that tries to rob a place by climbing up a house.
If anything they should put this dog down
Where in the movie does it say the cat-burgler died!!!

hard to say, he seems to fall from 2 or 3 floors, not sure he died
