Vertigo

Just played the demo that came out on Xbox-live. For the most part you have no clue if youre up or down right or left etc... overall the game only gave me a bad case vertigo and a headache. Not to mention the graphics were only mediocre at best. I hope this demo isnt an example of what the rest of the game is going to be like, cuz if so it will be a huge let down the 360 owners.

I just played the PC version and I thought the graphics were pretty impressive. I really liked the demo, hope the full game is just as cool.

reply

eh the character models were actually pretty crappy, not nearly enough polys used in em.

reply

you have to keep in mind though that this is only a demo of the game i'm sure the finished version will be much more refined

ive played the retail version, and the graphics are EXACTLY the same as the demo, so thats not true at all, and its wrong of you to make such assumptions.

Yeah, same here, I did get vertigo with this game. It was a cool game (with good graphics), but it was too sci-fi-ish, and too much like quake.

I hear ya...on the vertigo part anyway. I rather enjoyed the game....nothing spectacular, but for a single play through I thought it was fun enough.

I could have finished this one in a few days. However, I had to stop every 10 minutes or so to prevent myself from being sick. With that in mind, I'm pretty sure "Prey" will simply collect dust for the duration of its time in my game collection.
