ah well .. i missed the first two showings of the last episode, so i go check the tv guide to find out when the third showing is on.. and WHAM there is no third showing.. they have cancelled the show. well in response i have cancelled scifi channel. I'm removing it from my tv guide listings. bah.. futurama, dark angel.. now painkiller jane.. gone. When the best reason to watch scifi left .. so did I.
shareYou're so confused. The Painkiller Jane that was canceled is not related to this horrible movie at all except that they were both loosely based on the same comic. The show with Kristanna was cool, but not good. Also, SciFi didn't cancel Dark Angel, that was canceled years ago long before they even aired it. They still own it, they'll air it again.
shareI think you are mistaken. This film was supposed to be a pilot to a series but then didn't get picked up right away, so it was released as a movie. Only (two years I think) later the SciFi revised it and turned it into a TV series. I wonder why? The original pilot was crappy and the series is even worse.
