No such Chinese word -- danger and opportunity

Chinese is my native language. Someone asked me about this word some time ago and I didn't know who made it up until I see this movie on Sci-Fi. That word is not "Wei Ji". There is no Chinese words with two syllables. It's pronounced "yi", as in "Yi Jing" (I Ching). Its upper part means "Sun". Its lower part means "no". There is surely a Chinese phrase "Wei Ji", which consists of two words, danger, and opportunity. But the second word here, Ji, while meaning a lot of things under different contexts, is not considered to mean opportunity here. Also, I don't remember seeing it in ancient Chinese literature so I guess it's imported from some western language in the last few hundred years.

So, now that you've read it, you won't be fooled by the writer. :)
