How did Fuji break the Hyakuren Jitoku no Kiwami when facing Niou/Tezuka
In the manga, it was never really shown that Fuji broke it.
Niou just started using Saiki Kanpatsu instead.
He should have just kept using Hyakuren Jitoku...
Ddn't he use the counter that required the ball going of the net so it would break the spin and shoot the ball up into the air and out of site? Or maybe I'm wrong

I think you're trying to describe Fuji using the 5th counter followed by the 6th counter.
Fuji only did this against Niou/Shiraishi, not against Niou/Tezuka.
When Tezuka played against Chitose, Ryuzaki-sensei said something about Chitose sealing Hyakuren Jitoku by not hitting power shots like Big Bang.
But still, Fuji was not shown to seal the Hyakuren.
