Does anyone knows if Phil Collins is going to make the music for this one as well?

Nope. He's stated on his forum that he was not involved in the project. Mark Mancina has returned for the score, and Melissa Etheridge seems to be Phil's replacement on the songs.

Well, he better not. I know he wrote a song for a Tarzan DTV special called "Song of life", but it sounded like some "Rythim of the night" wannabe. Phil, we know that you can do better than that.

Actually, all the sources I've been able to find have agreed that "Singing to the Song of Life" was written by Don Harper and Mark Mancina, not Phil. I don't have the DVD myself, or I'd check.
Funnily enough, "Song of Life" was performed by Mandy Moore, so Brother Bear II is her second DTV follow-up with a Phil Collins connection. ;)
