What's up with that girl that honks

I don't get it, that girl the mouse met at the bar is in like every episode, and in one of them she comes out of no where and there's a loud car honking at the same time. Also, I know in one of the episodes I they flash images very fast and you can't even tell what they are. Did I miss something? Someone help me out with this.

i think it was 2 episodes later, the purple square with no eyes guy revealed that the girl was sending signals to shark.

yeah but the girl isnt human.. she was created by either the NESG or the eye.. they trapped her with turkeys in the last episode...

my guess is she's a recording device.. how else would shark have known what mouse and rhoda were talking about?

well then whats the point of watching it? there is obviously something there to figure out, so why not try?

and i think i was wrong... ROOSTRE created the lady.... somehow... hehe
