does anyone else think that whoever is doing the cops voice is totally smoking weed the whole time he is speaking? like i'm not joking. dead serious. you hear a bunch of coughing and laughing

Wow, you've gotta be one of the stupidest most cloest minded people Ive ever seen. Honestly man Weed is great and this show rocks even if your not blazed. My girlfriend who doesnt do any drugs at all love the show. Its funny and random as hell. Honestly man grow up.

The cop character is supposed to be high all the time - I think it's in the first episode that he says something along the lines of, "I'm sooo high right now."

Acting, yea, but don't you relize who these ppl are? just look at the other shows they've done. and since most of the populations gets high, i would say yea, these guys probably either record the dialogue when theyre high, or they write the show when theyre high. read the writing on the f-ing wall man.

You actually see him pull out a joint and smoke it so yeah I would say he's high.

what i mean is it sounds like he was smoking while they recorded the dialouge. like he's just sitting in front of a mic ripping a bong and laughing cos that;s all i could hear
