But i couldnt stop wondering.. at the beginning when the guy slith his wrists and Callum slips in his blood.. i mean seriously aint that a bit much blood coming out of 1-2 slith wrist or does that much blood actually come out?

Ok, just an an experiment you can do the following:
Fill a pint glass with some red liquid (dyed water, maybe) and pour it all over your clothes. I'm guessing you will look a lot like Tim Roth did in Reservoir Dogs.
And now imagine that losing three times as much as that is usually still not lethal. Actually, when you bleed to death you lose about 5-6 times as much.
I think the amount of blood in this movie was pretty realistic.
