I'm really looking forward to this, not only because I like a couple of the Highlander movies and the Highlander TV show, but I like anime. I hope that this gets a theatrical release so my college's anime club can see it (as nerdy as that sounds).

But is Colin a new character, or have I missed something?

After hearing that there was going to be a Highlander anime... I wet myself in confusion since Highlander is a Europian-owned franchise.

After hearing that there was going to be a Highlander anime made by the minds behind the best animes to ever grace the screen... I wet myself for a whole different reason.

I am Highlander's biggest fan and worst enemy. I see such potential in it, even if it is a rip-off of a Star Trek episode, and yet it continues to disappoint without fail. Ninjas, Vampires... Immortals. Screw "The Source" where "Duncan and his friends (careful, Methos, he killed his other friends) discover the secret to Immortality!" Let me guess... Microscopic bacteria? I don't want Highlander Episode I: The Phantom Menace!

No way this movie will be bad, Yoshiaki Kawajiri is perhaps the best anime director ever, all you need to do is watch ninja scroll and vamp d bloodlust. This is perhaps the greatest fusion ever... my favorite anime director mizes with Highlander!!! Rawk!
