Setting == Half Life 2

Rebels, fighting a superior force of human-shaped robots in the ruins of a post-apocalyptic city dominated by a huge tall tower... Also, Doc is the spitting image of Gordon Freeman :)

But then, there's probably a whole bunch of movies that have the same setting.
