Any information...

I was wondering if anyone had any more information on the production?

Casting, photo-shoots, etc...

"thanks in advance"

The review on the IMDb page of Under The Greenwood Tree makes it out to be pretty rubbish but most reviews in magazines say it's great. O well, 1 hour 'til it's aired!

I liked it too, although the adverts were annoying wish i'd waited and watched it on tape

it disjoints the story, and I ended up drawing art plans kn between, nobody watches adverts, whats the point

I saw ben Miles on stage at the Old Vic, so was cool to see him on screen

I didn't realy like it. OK, the acting was good, but the story? You knew how the ending was going to turn out within the first 5 minutes, but thats just my opinion.

Apparently DVD Times loved it too.

If in the mood for romantic period piece, this fits the bill nicely. Hawes does look a lot like Scott Thomas and Knightley. Let's be thankful her acting is far better than Knightley, eh? She actually knows what subtle is and the the power of what's not said.
