Best bad guy I've ever seen.

Hero walks in and I'm like, "Oh boy, more ridiculous, unrealistic stunts and pretentious talk."

Bad guy walks in and I'm like, "Deliciously evil and entertaining in every respect; a no nonsense sort of villain."

Seriously. Can anyone disagree?

I found myself simply adoring any seen in which the bad guy was involved, and bored witless with anything involving the hero. The hero's character sucked. I don't even care if he is a "bullet wizard."
