"Mandy and Kandy the ULTRA Twins" was the script I was working on for the Olsen twins big movie come back but they have gotten to old and wrinkly to play escaped teens on the run from the government

It was very, very weird that the prologue basically went, "Nazis experimented on people, you guys! Nazis are bad! And, uh...some... [muttering] other...governments... did it, too... [normal voice] A-nywhoo: moving on..."
American films often pump America, but I'm amazed they didn't hit MK ULTRA and the CIA here. It's so obvious to anybody who has even a casual interest in this stuff. It really felt defensive and like they were washing their hands of it.
