I think Tilda Swinton's performance is one of the most underwhelming Oscar Wins, i wouldve been surprised if she was Oscar nominated, but WON is even crazier... She definitely deserves an oscar because she is a great actress, but not for this film, because IMO she wasnt that good, very underwhelming and mediocre

If anyone deserved an Oscar for Acting, it was Tom Wilkinson, he gave the best performance of his career.
From the nominees that year, Blanchett for I'm not There, and AMy Ryan for Gone Baby Gone were far superior. Ruby Dee was a strange nomination, and i havent seen Atonement.
My opinion still stands, she was good and servicable, but still of the most underwhelming Oscar wins for acting i've ever seen.
