There is pretty much one thing that could have made this game better...

if Michael Madsen came back to play Toni! Especially since Toni is the main character in this game. Wouldn't be cool to play a PSP GTA Game knowing Michael Madsen was the main character? I think that would have been cool. Otherwise, decent game.
