So, i was wondering,t he trailer makes it look pretty nasty as well as funny, and i think it might be a good flick but the reviews talk about it being violent, and while they say that about a helluva lot of films which aren't, you never know after that trailer, so, even though i've learnt IMDB sucks for this question, but i'm slightly squeemish at some points.
So, scale of 1 to 10?
My fave film is Garden State, but don't hold that against me.
violent? i've seen the film and dont think that it is violent. gory and with gallons upon gallons of blood? YES!
violence on the scale of 1 to 10?... i'd give it 2, maybe 3?

The gore is fairly low budget so not very shocking. The violence is softened with humour (err getting half your foot chopped off is used for plenty of gags for instance). The scary bits are just where it is well-edited so you get a bit of shock value from the freaky farmer creeping up etc.

im very squeamish aswell...7/10. i had to cover my eyes in some parts.

Excuse me for asking, but if "screaming and covering your eyes through many scenes" in this funny little movie which is more of a comedy with a little gore than real horror anyway isn´t squeamish , then what is?

There's a decapitation/facial severing, the pulling out of someone's spinal cord, etc. So yeah... a weird mash-up.
It wasn't that gory. I seen a lot worse. The more gore the better :)

CG gore is the worst thing that has ever happened to the horror genre.
