How does the question get to him? Ear piece, or one of those video things? Either way it still seems pretty dangerous.
He is given the questions thru an ear piece.

I know this is an old question, but as somebody already put, he gets the questions through an earpiece, which would be no different than if he was using an earpiece to receive telephone calls. In fact, it would probably be less dangerous as he asks the question once. He's not having an active conversation on the phone with somebody. Granted he interacts with the contestants on the show, but at least he can focus while they are trying to figure out the answer.
