They'd have taped it weeks or even months ago of course, but, it was both creepy and gratifying to see her in a new appearance as herself.

I don't think it's too spoiler-ish to say she mentions her mother and her own beloved pet dog. Apparently, Carrie was in some well known films that get spoken of as well...

I always assumed the Cats' entire SFX budget went towards Jimmy's hair and teeth.

Carrie Fisher must have spent some time in the U.K. as she'd done a few panel shows over there near December 2016.

Not to flog a dead horse but, if Jimmy Carr doesn't make me think of the uncanny valley, nobody else on that show would I expect.
