What kind of accent does the lead actress have? Is she speaking another type of korean?

She's speaking with the accent from the Yanbian region of China where Korean is one of the two official languages (the other being Mandarin). The area is located north of North Korea. I don't know how good Moon geun-yeong's accent is though as I'm not a linguist.

i think it must be a fake chinese accent since in the story she came from China ^.^

She came from china... but in a region where both mandarin and korean are spoken as an official language. and she's ethnically Korean.
