main killer - stabbed through chest, shot in head (shotgun)
random killer - shot by maggie
richard - blown up by mine (with two other killers)
george - stabbed while hanging from tree
random killer - head smashd in with rock by maggie
random killer - shot by steve
random killer - stabbed in ass with knife, pushed on knife, left to die
flamethrower killer - shot by olga
