Horror/Comedy or Comedy/Horror?

I was reading an article on one of the horror movie websites that talked about the difference btwn movies that were primarily horror but had comedic elements and those that had it the other way 'round, which got me to thinking: is Severance a H/C or a C/H? Which one do you think it is? I think it's an equal amount of each genre but if required to classify it, I'd put it in the H/C category... but only by a hair.
