shareI'm getting so sick of Priyadarshan. He'd make good films but the fact they're ALL re-makes is such a turn off. Malamaal Weekly, Kyon Ki... Every film of his I watch, it always turns out to be a remake.
Someone make this guy either STOP watching films other than his own or stop making movies altogether! Indian films already have a reputation of being all remake, nothing original, which sucks because there are some amazing original films out there. It's directors like Priyadarshan who're confirming this belief that Bollywood can never be original, always a rip off of Hollywood films or Southern Indian films...
Priyadarshan a filmmaker who can make movies which deals with the stories of ordinary people.People who like to watch typical bollywood films deals with romance and fight may not like him.His remake fims(probably his own films)have a priyadarshan signature.I'll prefer who does not like priyadarshan, to watch his classic malayalam films like killukkam,kalapani,chitram and many more...

He regurlarly copies little known british films and then makes them in the south and then makes them in hindi and calls it a remake from his own south movie.
MALAMAAL WEEKLY WAS A COPY OF THE BRITISH FILM "WAKING NED DEVINE".
also he regurlarly lifts entire scenes from other films.
most of bollywood movies are a copy of something. it's not just 1 director. so just say your opinions and watch the movies, i think most actors like akshay kumar, akshaye khanna, and many others of course, do a good job. so what if the movie is copied, maybe the original movie was stolen from somewhere too. you people are the audience so just watch the movies and enjoy. i guess bollywood directors can't think of anything on their own.
