MISS Goldberg,
I am so disappointed by your resent comments concerning Michael Vick! I used to respect you and agree with your political views. I used to think that you were an intelligent, wise human being, but since you have chosen to lend your support towards a man who tortures and murders animals I no longer can support you or your ideals. You are as bad as Vick in my book. All your films, as well as The View (not that anybody is watching anyway) should be boycotted!! DOG KILLER! YOU DISGUST ME!

Well, Patrick, you have a link to some save children organization. You should be more concerned about people who torture and murder children than animals. Sure, animal are living beings and they should be treated humanely but it seems people are more disturbed by violence towards animals than towards children.

And Whoopi did not approve of Vick's abuse of animals. She just acknowledged that he had been raised in an enviornment where dogfighting was accepted so he did not realize how wrong it was.

And all this has nothing to do with Hommie Spumoni. Whoopi is good in it.

First of all Patrick, get your facts straight. Whoopi didn't condone, just showed understanding. Besides, humans are worth more than pets. FACT. Also, none of that has to do with "Homie Spumoni". FACT. As far as Whoopi's concerned, i generally don't like her films but thought she was really great in this one. Particularly with Paul Mooney to play off of.

And call Animals "pets" it's a clear proof you look them as inferior beings.
You have a hyena as pet? Surely not.

Animals are most useful to nature & world than humans who mostly just destroy it.

So. we should suppose he's not more concerned about children abuse
because he placed a link to an organization which try to prevent that?

Weak intent to destroy his post.

If you care so much about children, help then,
he's doing his part with his link, you're just posing for the picture.

btw, if you don't give a cent about animals and you're careless
why should you be against anyone who gives anything about it?
if it not goes against your interests, you mustn't get upset.

The problem I have with animal rights activism is how can you have one standard making it a felonious crime to torture/kill dogs, yet make a legal sport or game to hunt down fox, elk, mink, and moose as Sarah 'Bimbo" Palin does in her home state of Alaska? It's not to say that what Vick did was wrong, but it seems to me like a mixed message is being out.
