What an amazing film!

I don't know why Paul Walker has been going straight-to-dvd lately; he is a tremendous actor, and chooses some really good films to participate in (Lazarus, Bobby Z).

I wasn't sure of what to expect from this film, and it definitely wasn't what I thought it was going to be...but it was AWESOME!

I haven't seen this film (though I need to), but I agree about Paul Walker.

Paul Walker is a good actor, but the sad thing is that the parts he's given aren't ones that anyone can really do anything with, and that really limits what he can do. If he has something to do, then he can be a terrific actor (look at Running Scared). But if there's no material, than how can he do anything with it.

I won't say that he's Sean Penn, and none of his performances have been Oscar-worthy. But I will say that he gets a bad reputation, and I think that's really unfair. Compared to inexplicably popular posers like Orlando Bloom or Robert Pattinson, Paul Walker deserves a lot more credit and respect than he's been given.

I AGREE!

I rented it from Netflix...it was amazing. It was done well too!

I think Paul Walker is amazing. Not only is he hot, but he is not out there all crazy and stuff.

I really love Paul Walker and most of his movies, and in my opinion this was one of his best films yet!

If you ever watch or read Shutter Island, they are nearly identical films that are both based on a novel. But, in my opinion again, neither one is better than the other.

I wouldn't quite say "nearly identical films" but I definitely saw some similarities. It was a thread on the Shutter Island board that alerted me to The Lazarus Project.

To see something "more" similar to Shutter Island, check out The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. I saw the 2005 remake (not into silent movies from 1920 personally).

The similarities there were eerie. Downright eerie I say.
