the park ranger

The park ranger was so hilarious. I can't think of who that guy reminded me of... some famous actor on the tip of myy brain. That character was so over-the-top that I couldn't stop laughing. He was probably my favorite. Just some weirdo in his own bizarre world. I like the part where he is running down the hill shouting out random stuff.

yeah he was clearly the comic relief in the film, but the problem is, that the film didnt seem to know what it wanted to be, so he just felt really out of place.. pick a genre and stick with it, i reckon.

A cross between Doc from Back to the Future(Christopher Loyd) and Canteen Boy from SNL(Alec Baldwin)...:)

My problem, for some reason I expected there to be a killer bear and a stalking murderer, I guess I was confusing it with another film with that scenerio, so I was really waiting for the bear. I also agree that the park ranger was out of place but maybe that was okay especially towards the end, he was an ample distraction for the psycho killer.

It's funny because he is nothing like a real park ranger.
