This movie would've been better as a stand-alone film.


With better choice for the lead role, then the rating would have been higher.

It's ridiculous that he's the main part of the F&F franchise. Never been a fan of Dom character.

He only took the part so he could gain the rights to the Riddick character. He took the rights instead of pay.

Oh I agree. The film was such a deviation and had none of the actors from the first two apart from a cameo.

This is a stand alone story period. Why didn't they just call the film ''drifting''? or ''Tokyo drift''? Dropped the fast and furious and ''3'' title. We could have had Tokyo drift sequels..

I believe it was supposed to be. Other than Dom appearing in the end there is no Fast connection at all. In fact I do think Tokyo Drift is a good standalone movie. Although without the F&F name it probably wouldn’t do that well at all.
